Originally from Hampton Roads VA, I've lived and played music all around, but the Space Coast of FL is where I consider home.  I've always had the nickname of Ruck, but it was cemented in place when I started playing Rugby.

Music has always been a part of my life, but the real fun began when my roommate taught me 'Wish you were here' on a 12 string Takamine guitar

My setlist has been called 'all over the board', which I take as a great compliment.  If I find myself grooving to a tune on a random stream or local radio, and I think I can play and sing it, I give it a try.  If I succeed it makes it on the list.  

I find good music in folk, classic rock, 90's alt, reggae, and modern country. Sometimes it's the words, sometimes its the groove, sometimes it's the feeling.  I keep it simple and real and try to pass that on.
